The Marine National Park, the largest of its sort in India, may be reached from here in a short amount of time. There are also booming brass industries in Jamnagar. After dark, wander the city and if you like, have some spicy street food.
You get a filling meal first thing in the morning before boarding the coach for the 150-kilometer trip to Dwarka, the birthplace of Lord Krishna. The group stops by the Dwarkadhish temple, where devotees are able to swim in the nearby Gomti River, which is said to be submerged under the sea. We then go to the Rukmini Temple before returning to the Dwarkadhish Temple in the evening for the evening Aarti. Before going to bed for the evening, explore this village after sunset.
As you eat breakfast in the morning and board the coach for the 200 km drive to Somnath, the sun rises and it is refreshingly chilly. We do, however, stop in Porbandar, which is about 75 miles distant, for lunch and to see the Sudama temple and Kirti Mandir, where Gandhiji was born. After that, we continue on to somnath, one of India's four main chardhams. Visit the revered Triveni sangam, Geeta mandir, Chopati, and the fabled Somnath temple in the evening after checking into your accommodation. The group departs for the island resort of Diu, located around 100 kilometers away, after breakfast. In the morning following check-in at your accommodation, visit the Fort, St. Paul's Church, and the Diu Museum. You are welcome to spend the evening at the beach. Transfer at Sasan gir. After a yummy breakfast, the group gets on the coach for a 150 km drive to the city of Junagadh. Along the way, we come to the town of Sasangir, where we visit Gir Wildlifie Sanctury, home of the last of the Asian Lions. After a short visit, we proceed to Junagadh, where we stay at a in the princely city. In the late afternoon, the group embarks on an exploration tour of the well-known Uperkot fort, Mahabat maqbara and Junagadh museum. Uperkot fort is a Mauryan dynasty-built fort in 319 BC. Just a few kilometers from the fort, you come across a large stone inscribed with Ashoka's edicts. Junagadh has a long history, including the rule of Solanki, the Chudasamas, and later the Babi dynasty, of which the most famous is the film actor Parveen babi. Junagadh was one of the cities of Greeks and later Sorath.
Today, you will begin your 320 km return journey back to Ahmedabad, but not before stopping at Virpur to visit the renowned Jain temple here. Then, you will continue your journey to Swaminarayan Temple & Navlakha palace at Gondal, where you will visit the Vintage Car Museum. The vintage car museum houses old cars in perfect condition, which have been used by royalty and noblemen of the region. After that, you will proceed to Ahmedabad, where you will stay at a hotel. In the evening, we will embark on an excursion to Kankaria Lake, which is a popular destination for locals and tourists. During the day, you can go shopping and visit the Law Garden area, where street vendors sell beautiful embroidered traditional clothes.
After breakfast, you will leave your hotel and make your way to Adalaj Step Well, which is on your way to the Gandhi Ashram. Then, you will make your way to the beautiful Gandhi Ashram, and from there, you will go to the beautiful Gandhi temple. From there, your drive will take you to Statue Of Unity. After that, you will stay at your allotted hotel for the night.
By afternoon, you’ll be taken on an all around tour of the iconic Statue Of Unity, which is the highest Statue of Unity in the world. You’ll also be taken on a self-guided tour to explore the beautiful Valley of Flowers at the base of the Statue of Unity, which is also the main attraction of the entire trip. In addition to this, you will be allowed to explore the Sardar Sarovar Dam, which also includes a selfie point.
