Bring original identity card along with it. It has to be shown where necessary in the train. (Election Card, Aadhaar Card, or Driving License)

Administrator or tour manager will not be responsible for any natural or accidental incident during the journey. In the event that there is any hindrance in the journey, in such a situation, an additional da ma have to bes ent, erda Rs. 1500 -to be aid se aratel r erson.

If the traveler consumes any caffeinated substance or misbehaves with the tour manager or other traveller during the trip, he/she will be excluded from the trip and no refund will be given.

If the road is closed for any reason, he route will be changed. Then the journey must be done under the guidance of the tour manager.

Room service will not be provided in the hotel and the same will have to be collected and saved your luggage by oneself.

Physically challenged person must be accompanied by a responsible person during the journey.
Itinerary
Day 1. Haridwar
Pickup from Delhi & journey to Haridwar by 2*2 Bus. After Local Sightseen and Gangaarti. Rest after dinner.
Day 2. Barkot
In the morning we will get tea breakfast and then check out from hotel & proceed from Haridwar to Barkot, lunch on the way, then overnight to Barkot, rest after dinner.
Day 3. Barkot
In the early morning tea breakfast after that we will proceed from Barkot to Yamnotri Darshan, reach Ganga Bath Yamnotri and stop at the parking lot from there (temple distance 5 km) you have to do by your self (horse, doli, pithu). After visiting, leave for Barkot. Rest after dinner.
Day 4. Uttarkashi
After checking out the room in the morning, after tea breakfast, leave from Barkot, have lunch on the way, reach the place of departure for Uttarkashi, check in the room, visit the famous temple of Uttarkashi, Vishwanath Darshan, rest after dinner.
Day 5. Uttarkashi
In the early morning tea breakfast then after proceed from Uttarkashi to Gangotri darshan, Ganga bath reached Gangotri, stop at the parking lot from there (temple distance 1 km) left for Uttarkashi. Rest after dinner.
Day 6. Guptkashi
After checking out the room in the morning, after having tea, left Uttarkashi, had lunch on the way and then left for Guptkashi. Rest after dinner.
Day 7. Kedarnath By Self
In the early morning tea breakfast from Guptkashi hotel & then leave for Sitapur by bus from there by taxi to Sonprayag (Distance I km) Sonprayag to Gaurikund (Distance 5 km) From Gaurikund you have to do your own way (horse, dolly, Pithu). Depart to Kedarnath Darshan.
Day 8. Guptkashi
After visiting Kedarnath. Return to Guptakashi - Night stay at Guptakashi.
Day 9. Badrinath
After checking out the room in the morning, after tea breakfast, left Guptkashi, had lunch on the way, then left for Badrinath - Badrinath Darshan, rest after night meal.
Day 10. Rudhraprayag
In the morning after breakfast drive to Managam sightseeing and leave for Rudraprayag - rest after dinner.
Day 11. Haridwar
After checking out the room in the morning, after tea and breakfast, leave from Rudraprayag, have lunch on the way, Rishikesh parking bus stop, from there visit Rishikesh local darshan and leave for Haridwar. Rest after dinner.
Day 12. Journey
In the early morning room checkout, tea and breakfast, train time drop from Haridwar to Delhi Railway Station, from Delhi Railway Station to Ahmedabad.
Day 13.
Kalupur - Railway Station Arrival

Meals: Morning tea-breakfast, lunch and evening meals will be provided during the journey as per the time and circumstances. The facility of mineral water in the bus and hotel will have to be done by the passenger themselve.

Overnight stay: There are four person rooms for overnight stay. As the trip is in mountainous area, overnight stay will be as per time and circumstances.

Transport Arrangements: Travel by mini bus to Haridwar. Children up to 5 years of age will not get a seat in the bus. If a child wants a seat, full payment will have to be given as per the adult.

Things to carry: Travellers can bring their identity card and necessary clothes, towel, brush, toothpaste, soap, small Itorch, small lock, necessary medicines and also keep light snacks with them.

Cancellation Policy

60 days prior to tour departure date 20%-pp deducting outstanding refund.

25 days prior to tour departure date 35%-pp deducting outstanding refund.

15 days prior to tour departure date 50%-pp deducting outstanding refund.

If any one cancels the tour within 05 days of taking the tour then 80%- PP will be deducted and the balance will be refunded.

Please note that no refund of any kind will be given after departure of the tour.
